TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for September 5, 2025

Happy Friday, players!

And welcome to September! We’ve got your weekly news with the TGIF and check out the “coming soon” section for the full breakdown about what is coming over the next two weeks. Now let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

The Faction Wars event begins today! Zombie Slayer players can dive in starting at 10AM (PDT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

A NEW Prestige Location is here: Washington DC has now officially re-opened! Eligible Slayers (who have already completed this Location) can now revisit it to take on higher Tier Outbreaks to earn bonus XP, Cash, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

For our Discord community, every Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Stream! We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of UN Credits! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:

Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
