TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for October 31, 2025

Happy Halloween, players!

We’ve been working on updates to the Faction Wars event recently (you may have seen our player surveys going around the past few weeks). As you play the event over the next couple of weeks please don’t hesitate to send us a ticket with your thoughts. Nothing is set in stone and we’ll continue to make adjustments. Now with that said, let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

The Faction Wars event begins today! Zombie Slayer players can dive in starting at 10AM (PST). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

A NEW Prestige Location is here: Tokyo has re-opened and is ready to explore again! Eligible Slayers (who have already completed this Location) can now take on new higher Tier Outbreaks to earn bonus XP, Cash, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Admin Blitz events will now also have a special Kano item giveaway, so don’t miss out! We hope to see you there on:

Tuesday, November 4th - Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3PM (PST).

Next week starting on Monday November 3rd is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increased number of Blitz events running, including a mixture of the new special modes. Keep an eye out for targets and rack up those kills!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: Reminder for Facebook/Server 1 players to complete your Kano ID Account Upgrade if you see it available on the Home Page (if you don't you're all set already). Read on below for more details on the steps and the bonuses!

For our Discord community, every Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Stream! We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of UN Credits! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:

25 FP bonus for signing up
Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
