TGIF! Zombie Slayer Updates for July 11, 2025

Happy Friday, players!

Welcome back to another TGIF. The place to get all the latest news and updates on all things Zombie Slayer. Be sure to also check out the coming soon section and the tip of the week for some friendly reminders. Now, let’s jump into it!

In-Game Updates:

The Faction Wars event begins today! Zombie Slayer players can dive in starting at 10AM (PDT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

Earlier this week we released an update to the Fight List to help address the issue of a lack of targets (and variety of targets) on player’s Fight Lists. Fight Lists will now include targets based on your Strength range. This means your list should be better populated with more opponents to choose from. Your Fight List will still show primarily level based targets, but now there will be Strength based targets mixed in. The goal being that you should be able to match up competitively with any player who appears on your list with the "Strength" indicator.

After the release we followed this up with our first update to this new system which will reduce the range of lower level players appearing on higher level player’s Fight Lists. A NEW Prestige Location is here: the tropical island of Honolulu has re-opened and is ready to revisit! Eligible Slayers (who have already completed this Location) can now take on higher Tier Outbreaks to earn bonus XP, Cash, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Tuesday, July 15th - Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3PM (PDT).

Starting today you can take on the weekend Calendar Challenge. Dive into the Canuck Calendar and complete it to earn the clear bonus item! You’ve got until Monday July 14th @ 10AM PDT, so good luck!

Next week starting on Monday July 14th is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increased number of Blitz events running (including the new Blitz modes). Keep an eye out for targets and rack up those kills!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire UN Credits through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra UN Credits for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of UN Credits! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:

Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
