TGIF! Viking Clan Updates for June 7, 2024

Happy Friday, players!

We’re feeling the sunshine and heat here in BC this weekend as it really starts to feel like summer. With a returning favourite Raid event coming, a big new Livestream and tons of game updates, the month of June is sure to be a busy one. So without further ado, let’s jump into it!

In-Game Updates:

The floor rumbles and the leaves shake with each mighty step. Gather yourselves Vikings because the multi-armed giant Starkadr is attacking Viking Clan! This Raid Boss will be no small feat to overcome, but doing so will earn you tons of XP to level up as well as item drops. However, be warned there is something else going on this week…

That’s because the Guild Raids event has returned to Viking Clan! During this event as you (and members of your Guild) take actions against the normal Raid Boss Starkadr a progress bar will fill up and eventually summon your Guild only Raid Boss Dellingr. Defeat as many of these Bosses as you can to climb the leaderboard and earn yourself even more rewards! Let the mead flow and grab the salted meat because this weekend we’re celebrating Dads with the Father’s Day Sale! With a brand new item set and bundles with Favor Points, this exclusive promotion will only be available in-game until Saturday June 8th @ 9AM PDT. The Patriarch Carving Knife is a powerful heirloom that will be handy in the coming battles.

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
