TGIF! Viking Clan Updates for August 7, 2026
Happy Friday, players!
Next week is a busy one for the Kano team as we’ve got meetings and planning sessions throughout the week. We can’t wait to start sharing game updates with the community as they come up. As always stay tuned to the TGIF and our monthly Livestreams for all the news you need to know.
In-Game Updates:
The Guild Wars event begins today! Viking Clan players can dive in starting at 4PM (PT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!
Next week starting on Monday August 10th is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increased number of Blitz events running, including a mixture of the new special modes. Keep an eye out for targets and rack up those kills!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!
Tip of the Week: Raid Games are returning and this time there is a new Team Champions category. The top 3 contributors on each team will be crowned Team Champions at the end of the event and receive bonus reward bundles. Good luck to all teams during the Games!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account!
