TGIF! Viking Clan Updates for April 5, 2024
Happy Friday, players!
April has arrived, but worry not we won’t be throwing any April fools jokes your way in this TGIF. Last week we hosted a big Livestream and we just wanted to thank everyone for tuning in. In-Game Updates:
The Guild Wars event begins today! Viking Clan players can dive in starting at 10AM (PDT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!
Last week a brand new season of the Battle Pass (season 38) was released in Viking Clan! Work your way through the Free and Premium reward tracks to earn your prizes. There are even brand new customization options to check out! Remember to collect all of your rewards before the pass expires on April 24th.
Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event in Viking Clan! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.
Admin Blitz events will now also have a special Kano item giveaway, so don’t miss out! We hope to see you there on:
Tuesday, April 9th - Viking Clan Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3PM (PDT).
A new Prestige Location has just been released in Viking Clan: Asgard!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
