TGIF! Viking Clan Updates for April 17, 2026

Happy Friday, players!

A quick reminder of some of the video work we do regularly. Every Friday we host the Discord Stream, once a month we run the big Livestream and sometimes on Fridays you can join Mingo for a Let’s Play series where he dives in the games to play with the community while streaming and chatting. All the details, reminders and links you’ll need can be found in the weekly TGIF, so stay tuned and now let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

The Guild Wars event begins today! Viking Clan players can dive in starting at 4PM (PT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

Get ready for the weekday Calendar Challenge! Starting this Monday April 20th @ 10AM PT, you can take on the Earth Day Calendar. Complete the challenge to earn the bonus item!

Next week starting on Monday April 20th is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increased number of Blitz events running, including a mixture of the new special modes. Keep an eye out for targets and rack up those kills!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: Owners of a Private Chat Group can now pin/unpin messages in the Group. This is available on both desktop and the mobile app.

General Updates:

For our Discord community, every Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Stream! On Fridays at 12PM PT (or 3PM ET) you can join us live in our growing Kano Community Discord. Hang out and find out what’s happening next in our games, and who knows, you may just win yourself a prize of bonus FP or an exclusive item!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
