TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates for April 10, 2026

Happy Friday, players!

It’s been another busy week here at Kano and we’ve got tons of exciting updates to share below. Remember to check out the “Coming Soon” section in the TGIF for a look ahead at what’s coming to your favorite game in the near future. Now let’s jump into the news of the week!

In-Game Updates:

The Armada Wars event begins today! Pirate Clan players can dive in starting at 10AM (PT). Rally your team and make sure you’re all enrolled before it kicks off. Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

Pirates, a NEW Prestige Location is LIVE for eligible Pirates (who've already completed this Location)! You can now return to the shores of "Ghar el-Melh" & sail towards higher tier Adventures to earn bonus XP, Coin, Skill Points, and Prestige Coins. Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Get ready for the weekend Calendar Challenge! Running until Monday April 13th @ 10AM PT, you can take on the Cosmic Calendar. Complete the challenge to earn the bonus item!

An update for players on Kanoplay in regards to the Xsolla purchasing change: Thank you all for the feedback you've been sharing. We've been working diligently with Xsolla to improve the payment processing experience for players (to make things run more smoothly). If you previously ran into any issues, please give it another try and let us know how it goes. We'll also be adding the ability to gift Favor Points through Xsolla and that will be coming next week!

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: Owners of a Private Chat Group can now pin/unpin messages in the Group. This is available on both desktop and the mobile app.

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:

Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
