TGIF! Pirate Clan Updates August 7, 2026
Happy Friday, players!
Next week is a busy one for the Kano team as we’ve got meetings and planning sessions throughout the week. We can’t wait to start sharing game updates with the community as they come up. As always stay tuned to the TGIF and our monthly Livestreams for all the news you need to know.
In-Game Updates:
Dark clouds gather as the mighty Thunderbird Raid Boss descends from the skies. With every beat of its colossal wings, thunder rolls across the land and lightning tears through the heavens. Face this legendary guardian of the storm, survive its electrifying fury, and prove your strength against one of nature's most fearsome forces. Defeating this Raid Boss will earn you tons of XP and loot to power up your character, but that’s not all going on during this Raid…
Raid Games has returned! During the Raid Games event every action you complete against the Thunderbird Raid Boss will contribute to your overall team’s progress. Checkpoints along the way will earn you rewards with powerful Mythic items to be claimed for the final checkpoints. Each team will also have 3 Team Champions at the end for those that complete the most actions for their team and will earn bonus rewards. No matter your age we all remember when the end of summer was in sight and that means it’s time to get ready to head back to school, so let’s enjoy it with the Back to School Sale! Available right now in-game you can check out the all new item and Favor Point bundles. Don’t wait too long because this sale is only running until Saturday August 8th @ 9AM PT.
Next week starting on Monday August 10th is Blitz Week! All week long there will be an increased number of Blitz events running, including a mixture of the new special modes. Keep an eye out for targets and rack up those kills!
Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!
Tip of the Week: Raid Games are returning and this time there is a new Team Champions category. The top 3 contributors on each team will be crowned Team Champions at the end of the event and receive bonus reward bundles. Good luck to all teams during the Games!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account!
