Happy Friday, players!

In-Game Updates:

The Raid Games have returned! Players will join one of five teams and their actions (attacks and heals) against the CTU Assault Team Raid Boss will contribute to their team’s overall progress. A reminder that last week we launched a brand new season of the Battle Pass! Available right now in-game check out the Free and Premium reward tracks for all the great stuff you can unlock. The final item set has improved stats, so you won’t want to miss out. Remember you only have until August 13th until it’s gone forever.

Coming in hot from the hands of the master craftsmen, are the all new Legendary Stained Glass Crates! These come packed with ultra powerful Legendary weapons to obtain, so check it out while they are available. Just a reminder that the 3 x Master Crate packs come with a guaranteed Legendary drop every time!

This week we released an adjustment to the Health Regeneration system. Previously we released an update to health regen back in June to increase the speed of healing for all players. We've heard feedback that players felt like they were healing too fast and it was negatively impacting their play style. As a result we have adjusted the healing rate to make it a little slower (while still faster than what it once was). We will continue to monitor this change and please keep the feedback coming.

Lastly, a reminder that twice a week there are new item drops in-game. Limited Time items on Tuesdays and Limited Quantity on Fridays. Keep an eye out for anything that catches your interest!

Tip of the Week: Compete with players new and old on our limited time Seasonal Leaderboards! Seasonal Leaderboards track your progress and achievements throughout limited-time "seasons". At the start of each season, these leaderboards are fully reset, providing an opportunity for all players to climb the ranks fresh. The current season ends on August 13th, good luck!

We recently released a new method for players to acquire Favor Points through a system called Rev U. By completing tasks, such as making progress in a game or by filling out a survey, players can start earning extra FP for their account! For our Mobile App players, we now have a new option for purchasing Favor Points, the Xsolla Webstore! Not only does it support more payment methods than what was previously available, but you’ll also have access to exclusive larger bundles of FP! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
