TGIF! Game Updates for May 19, 2023
Happy Friday, players!
It has been a busy week here at Kano. We’ve got Raids, a special limited-time promotion, gameplay adjustments, new events and more! No point hanging out here in the introduction, so let’s jump into it!
In-Game Updates
The King has sworn to stamp out piracy across the world! To achieve this, they’ve sent the Royal Marines Raid Boss to Pirate Clan! Pirates, gather your crews, check over your clan and prepare for battle. This Raid Boss will not only earn you loot and XP, but there is even a Mythic item drop that can be earned from this round.
The Mom celebrations continue with the Mother’s Day Sale hitting Pirate Clan! With exclusive bundles available, this sale will be available until tomorrow Saturday May 20th at 9AM (PDT). The Gallant Mothership is a warship that accurately reflects the overwhelming power and love that Moms bring to the world.
Mob Wars LCN players, you have a Syndicate Quest event on right now! Gather your Syndicate members and complete all six Quests to earn Loot Cases. Remember that the Medium and Hard Quests will reward Favor Points based on your contributions.
This past week a brand new Prestige Location was released to Mob Wars LCN - Sydney! We’ll be releasing more Prestige Locations across our games periodically - We are so pleased so many players are checking out this new feature and if you need a refresher on how it works you can check out our FAQ article here - https://support.kanoplay.com/hc/en/3-mob-wars-lcn/faq/700-prestige-locations/?p=all
This weekend we are running a special May Calendar until Monday May 22nd at 10AM (PDT). Hop in and check it out now! Players can earn some great pieces of loot if they complete it 3 times as well as a special art background.
Next week, we’ll be releasing brand new Battle Pass Seasons for Mob Wars LCN, Viking Clan and Pirate Clan. It is also the 2-Year Anniversary of the Battle Pass in VC and PC and that means extra special rewards! On the Premium track, that includes new animated Overlay and Border Customization, a new Battle Pass Avatar and powerful BP items. That’s not all, on the Free tier players also get a new Overlay and Border as well as a Customization Loot Case. This special prize will reward players with a random piece of Customization that you don’t have from a previous season. Thanks for all the Battle Pass support and we hope you enjoy the new season!
Lastly, Zombie Slayer and Viking Clan your Faction/Guild War events begin today. ZS players are live now and VC begins at 4PM (PDT). We’ve made a few more adjustments for this upcoming round:
- Max daily refills increased from 4 to 6
- Refill amounts received increased from 67 to 100 Tokens
- Refill cost increased by 1 to 5 FP
- Rewards are increasing. The top payout will increase by 50% to 75 FP and this will reflect in the lower ranks and tiers as well
These changes are in addition to the previous ones we released:
- Token maximum increased from 400 to 500 Tokens
- Decreased respawn timer to 5 minutes (from 11:15)
