We want to start off by saying thank you to the over 220,000 brand new players who have joined since the last few months (and all the players who have supported us since the launch of our games)! We’ve started posting our newsletter here as part of our Kanoplay Blog ~ Think of it like an expansion of our regular TGIF posts and a perfect way to stay in-the-loop. We've introduced a whole bunch of new features in 2023 and we've got lots in store for 2024.

In-Game Updates
Many have hoped and prayed that the ocean was the final sanctuary against the undead horde, but how wrong they were. From down in the depths comes a terrifying threat to the fighters of Zombie Slayer, The Drowned Raid Boss! Keep your eyes sharp and your aim steady as you go to battle in this Raid event to claim your rewards.
Alongside this Raid Boss comes the Winter Raid Games Event! Join a team and go for Gold in this prize filled competition. Any actions (attacks/heals) taken against The Drowned Raid Boss will count towards your team's total actions. As checkpoints are reached you’ll earn bonus rewards with even more prizes to win based on your team’s final placement!

Barricade the doors and break out the good stuff because we’re forgetting the horrors outside for a moment and celebrating the New Year! Zombie Slayer players the New Year’s Sale is live now, so check out this exclusive promotion while you can. There are bundles of items and UN Credits and it’ll only be around until Saturday January 6th at 9AM (PST). The Countdown Thompson will give you that extra firepower your arsenal just might need.
This past Wednesday January 3rd, a brand new season of the Battle Pass was released in Mob Wars LCN (38), Viking Clan (35) and Pirate Clan (35)!
There are brand new Free and Premium reward tracks to complete and earn rewards on, including brand new pieces of customization to obtain. Check it out while you can!
Across all four games today brand new Legendary Ice Crates have dropped! Pop in to see what items are available and remember the 3 x Master Crate set comes with at least 1 minimum Legendary drop every time!
The Guild Quest event is live now in Viking Clan! Gather your Guild members and work your way through 6 quests to earn Loot Chests. Remember that Medium and Hard quests will reward Favor Points based on your contributions.
In case you missed it, last month our team released a brand new mini-game challenge to Viking Clan, Mob Wars LCN and Pirate Clan!
Called Ragnar’s Voyage in VC, Highway Heist in LCN and Royal Plunder in PC, it is available to check out now! Attack the enemy convoy to earn XP and Gold. Destroy the convoy by dealing enough damage and you will earn the Clear Bonus item!

Lastly, Mob Wars LCN and Pirate Clan, your Syndicate/Armada War events begin today. LCN players can dive in now (10AM PDT), while the PC event begins at 4PM (PDT). Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!
General Updates
For our Discord community, every Friday you can join Matthew and the Player Success team for the Discord Livestream! On Fridays at 12PM PST (or 3PM EST) you can join us live in our growing Kano Community Discord. Hang out and find out what’s happening next in our games, and who knows, you may just win yourself a prize of bonus FP or an exclusive item!

A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay

Admin Blitz Event
Next week join us for an Admin Blitz event in Mob Wars LCN! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by & nab some sweet Coin off of the Kano folk. Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.
