TGIF! Game Updates for January 3, 2020

Happy Friday everyone!

Welcome back for the first TGIF of 2020! We’re feeling fresh and recharged after the break and have lots of exciting stuff planned for the year.

We’re hitting the ground running in January, so read on for a sneak peak at what’s coming your way soon.

New Content!

 

Mobsters of Mob Wars: LCN, your criminal empire is ripe for expansion! Find out where in the world you’ll be undertaking dangerous jobs later this month. Viking Clan and Pirate Clan will also be traveling to new Locations soon in their respective games, so keep your eyes peeled for more news on that front.

But that’s not all! Starting on January 16th with Mob Wars: LCN, there will be a new Raid Boss coming to that game along with Viking Clan and Pirate Clan on their respective Raid event dates of January 23rd and January 30th. 

These exciting new Raid Bosses will have new achievements and loot to earn, so gather your crew and prepare for war!

Fight Gameplay Updates Coming Soon

A consistent point of feedback we get from players via support or the NPS surveys we have in-game is that they feel like they are being targeted as soon as they come online. We get that this can lead to frustrating gameplay, so next week we'll be releasing a change to will rein in excessive repeated attacks on Dead/Hospitalized players.

After a certain amount of attempts within a 24 hour period you will be charged 1 stamina per failed attempt and will be notified in the fight response that this has occurred.  This cost per attack will apply on a per opponent basis.

Similar to the Ambush tax change that we introduced near the end of last year, the goal of this change is not to stymie normal gameplay but rather to keep an even playing field by making targeted updates to game mechanics where it makes sense.

Keep an eye on the in game News as we will be announcing when this change comes into effect there next week. We'll also work to continue improving the games to make a fair and fun experience for all with further updates like these throughout the year so keep the feedback coming!
