TGIF! Game Updates for December 29, 2023
Happy Friday, players!
Merry Christmas and happy holidays! We hope everyone has been enjoying the festive month and have been able to relax and take some time for themselves. Thanks to our Viking Clan players, children all over woke up to bundles of toys and cheer this year! 2023 is coming to a close, but the updates don’t stop, so let’s jump into it!
In-Game Updates
Long ago they were cursed after a great betrayal and all that remains in them is madness and vengeance. The legendary demon of the sea has risen and waged war against the captains of Pirate Clan! Prepare yourselves Pirates, Jonah’s Devil Raid Boss has arrived. Raise the sails and call your allies because it is time to fight! Defeating this boss will net you tons of XP and item drops.
Crack open the rum, because it is never too early to celebrate for a pirate! With the new year about to arrive, we’re marking the occasion with the New Year’s Sale in Pirate Clan! This exclusive promotion will be running until Saturday December 30th at 9AM (PST). Check out the brand new bundles of items and Favor Points while you can. The Celebratory Pistol is a great weapon to bring in 2024 with a bang!
The Syndicate Quest event is live now in Mob Wars LCN! Gather your Syndicate members and work your way through 6 quests to earn Loot Cases. Remember that Medium and Hard quests will reward Favor Points based on your contributions.
Earlier this month our team released a brand new mini-game challenge to Viking Clan, Mob Wars LCN and Pirate Clan!
Called Ragnar’s Voyage in VC, Highway Heist in LCN and Royal Plunder in PC, it is available to check out now! Attack the enemy convoy to earn XP and Gold. Destroy the convoy by dealing enough damage and you will earn the Clear Bonus item!

Lastly, Zombie Slayer and Viking Clan, your Faction/Guild War events begin today. ZS players can dive in now (10AM PDT), while the VC event begins at 4PM (PDT). Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!

For our Discord community, starting up again on January 5th, 2024, you can join Matthew and the Player Success team on Fridays for the Discord Livestream! A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay

Admin Blitz Event
The Admin Blitz will return in the new year! We wanted to thank all of our players across all four games who joined us weekly throughout the year for the Admin Blitz events.
If you didn’t already know, you can join the Player Success team on Tuesdays where we’ll battle it out, have some laughs and you may even win a prize! Watch out for the group chats that get posted beforehand and remember to bump up those Admins Killed and Listed stats.

Tuesday, January 9th - Mob Wars LCN Server 1, Server 2, and the Kongregate & Armor Servers @ 3:00 PM (PDT).
