TGIF! Game Updates for August 18, 2023
Happy Friday, players!
It has been boiling hot over the past week here in British Columbia and we imagine a lot of people are feeling the heat from all over. We hope you’ve found some methods to keep cool during these scorching days, from beach trips to holding up inside with the shades drawn and 2 fans going…anyway the updates are coming in hot, so let’s jump into the news for the week!
In-Game Updates
If you thought hiding out in the snow covered mountains will be your best bet for avoiding the Zombie Apocalypse, then think again because the Abominable Snowman Raid Boss is rampaging through Zombie Slayer! This ferocious undead beast will not rest until you and your Raid Party make them. Earn yourselves tons of XP and loot drops, including a chance at a Premium Raid drop this round.
On top of that, running now until Friday August 25th in Zombie Slayer is the return of the Piggy Bank! While the Piggy Bank is active a portion of the UN Credits used will be stored there. Once full you can break the bank and claim your UNC! When you can’t beat the heat you might as well enjoy it, so available right now over in Zombie Slayer is the Summer Sale! This exclusive promotion brings bundles of great gear and UNC and will only be available until Saturday August 19th at 9AM (PDT). The Summer Circuit Racer has great attack power and will also get you where you need to go Formula 1 fast.
This past week new seasons of the Battle Pass were released in Mob Wars LCN, Viking Clan and Pirate Clan! Hop in now to check out the new Free and Premium reward tracks to complete, including some fantastic new pieces of customization like Dragon Overlay
Across all four games today saw the release of brand new Legendary Metal Crates! There are all new Legendary items available to get and just a reminder that the 3x Master Crate set not only gives you the best odds, but also gives a guaranteed Legendary drop.
The Guild Quest event is live now in Viking Clan! Gather your Guild members and work your way through 6 quests to earn Loot Chests . Remember that Medium and Hard quests will reward Favor Points based on your contributions.
Lastly, Mob Wars LCN and Pirate Clan, your Syndicate/Armada War events begin today. LCN players can dive in now (10AM PDT), while the PC event begins at 4PM (PDT). Battle hard for the best rewards and good luck!
General Updates
Today and most Fridays you can catch us on the Discord Livestream! On Fridays at 12PM PDT (or 3PM EDT) you can join us live in our growing Kano Community Discord. Hang out and find out what’s happening next in our games, and who knows, you may just win yourself a prize of bonus FP or an exclusive item!

A reminder to our players about completing the Kano ID account upgrade. Eligible players (Facebook/Server 1 players) will see the banner on their homepage in-game near the top and it should only take a couple minutes. There are wonderful benefits to doing so:
- 25 FP bonus for signing up
- Secure your account (protection against potential loss of your Facebook or Mobile credentials)
- Switch between devices or logging onto other Kano hosted sites
- Specials offers on Kanoplay
Admin Blitz Event
