TGIF! Game Updates for April 17, 2020

Happy Friday everyone!

With the Easter weekend behind us, the TGIF is back to its regular schedule. Hope you all had a safe and fun holiday full of chocolatey treats. With April almost in our rearview mirror, we’ve been planning out what’s going to be coming up for the next few months to keep us all entertained and there’s some cool stuff coming down the pipe!

But before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s go over what’s new this past week in gaming news:

In Game Events!

Hafgufa is rising from the deep, swallowing your ships whole! Band together with your Clan and turn this giant sea creature into lightly fried fish filets. In case you missed it, all during this Raid event we will be giving away FREE Raid Passes! 

Head on over to the Raid tab on the Boss page and claim your free Pass. You can do this an unlimited amount of times over the weekend - provided you manage to kill the Bosses you open - so get in there and start Raiding!

Stamina Slug Fest is also back in Mob Wars: LCN so head in there to get your Battle Royale fix!

Loyalty Items Refresh

As we mentioned last week, new Loyalty items are now available in Mob Wars: LCN, Viking Clan and Pirate Clan. Head over to the Loyalty tab in the respective Shop pages for those games and see what’s new!

In-Game Security Update

This week in our ongoing effort to improve the security of our games, we replaced the old math problem generator on the Hitlist with a reCAPTCHA. This isn’t something most players would notice, as it doesn’t pop up until a certain number of conditions are met, but with this we can improve safeguards on the Hitlist.

We are always working on upping the security of our game and its gameplay for players, and we’ll be looking at potentially expanding this update to other areas of the game if the fit is right.

Next Week's Admin Blitz Event

Next week, we'll be holding an Admin Blitz in Pirate Clan! If you're around on the following date, make sure to drop by and nab some sweet cash off of some Kano folk:

Tuesday, April 21: Pirate Clan server 1 @ 3:00 pm Pacific and Pirate Clan server 2 @ 3:30 pm Pacific.
