# Kanoplay

> Kanoplay is the player portal for four browser-based multiplayer RPGs by Kano — Mob Wars: LCN, Pirate Clan, Viking Clan, and Zombie Slayer — with active communities since 2008.

Kanoplay.com hosts four text-based browser RPGs published by Kano. Each game runs inside the kanoplay shell at `www.kanoplay.com/<game-slug>`, with shared account, support, and community infrastructure across all four titles.

The four games:

- **Mob Wars: La Cosa Nostra** — a text-based mafia browser RPG launched in 2009 where players build criminal empires, wage turf wars, and rise through organized crime syndicates.
- **Pirate Clan** — a text-based pirate browser RPG launched in 2009 where players raid rival crews, hunt sea monsters, and build fleets across a persistent multiplayer world.
- **Viking Clan** — a text-based Norse browser RPG since 2008 where players build clans, raid enemies, and battle mythical creatures to dominate a persistent multiplayer world.
- **Zombie Slayer** — a text-based zombie browser RPG since 2010 where players build survivor squads, battle the undead, and compete in PvP across a persistent apocalypse world.

**Not to be confused with:**
- **kano.ca** — Kano's corporate / company site (separate from the player portal).
- **kanogames.com / KPGames** — legacy Flash games portal, separate from kanoplay.com.
- **freeriderhd.com (FRHD)** — Free Rider HD, a different Kano game on its own domain.
- **Kano Computing (kano.me)** — an unrelated UK education-hardware company that shares the "Kano" name.
